In this 4 week series, students will learn basic yoga postures, develop body awareness, practice coordinating movement with breathing, and build a solid foundation for incorporating the practice of yoga into their lives. Students will also learn how to use props (blocks, pads, and straps) to adapt the postures to find proper alignment in their individual bodies.
