Things To Know Before Your Beauty Glam Experience
1. A $25 deposit is required. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other individuals; and will be removed from the total amount of your service. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking and a reminder email 24hrs before your appointment.
2. Final payments will ONLY be accepted via Zelle/Cash App/Apple Pay OR Credit Card (+4% transaction fee). NO CASH.
3. ANY APPOINTMENTS BOOKED BEFORE or AFTER AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT HOURS (very early or very late) WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $75+ FEE. Please send an email to hercznfashion@gmail.com or DM to @hercznbeauty to book such appointments.
4. If you need to RESCHEDULE your appointment there will be an additional $25 fee added to the amount of your service. All reschedules MUST be done A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME. There is only one reschedule allowed per deposit. New appointment date must be within 14 days of your original appointment date/time. All appointments must be rescheduled via text or email. If cancellation is due to the makeup artist a full refund of your deposit will be paid to the client within 5 working days after cancellation. Failure to reschedule according to the terms listed above will result in the loss of your deposit.

NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING on last minute or same day bookings.
5. LATE POLICY & LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: A $25 fee will be added to your balance if your are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. It is highly advised that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment in order to find the office space. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED without a refund or opportunity to reschedule with respect to other scheduled appointments. If your appointment was canceled due to you being late a new appointment and new deposit will be required in order to secure another appointment slot. Last minute (or same day) appointments will be an additional $25 fee.
6. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOU IF YOU ARE SICK, EXPERIENCING COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, or SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF INFECTION. Please kindly ensure that you’re in great health before booking and coming in for your Beauty Glam Experience. Please come with your eyebrows nicely groomed, waxed, or threaded and your face clean. There will be an additional charge if your eyebrows aren't groomed (prices may vary).
Failure to adhere to the terms listed above will result in your appointment being cancelled upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
7. PROMOTION AGREEMENT: By agreeing to book with Herczn Beauty you are agreeing to participate in the making of promotional content (i.e. film, pictures, and videos) for our social media and website purposes.
8. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to withhold service if you are hostile, do not adhere to our terms and conditions, and/or have been blocked from booking appointments but booked under another alias. Booking under any of these these terms will result in you being charged the full amount of the service booked and/or the loss of your deposit.
9. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, WE WILL OFFER YOU A NEW SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY (at the next available appointment time) OR ON A NEW PREFERRED DAY (within 3 days of your original appointment date). THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON ANY ALREADY RENDERED SERVICE, IF COMPLAINTS ARE NOT MADE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STUDIO OR BEFORE WE LEAVE YOUR VENUE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR HOW YOU HANDLE YOUR MAKEUP. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE UNSATISFIED IN THE STUDIO TO QUALIFY FOR THE RESOLUTION STATED ABOVE.
