Welcome to the self-scheduling page for Pediatric Housecalls, northern Virginia. Please choose "sick visit house call" to schedule a house call with Dr. Santos. From there, you'll be able to view Dr. Santos's availability in real-time, and you can choose the date and time that work for you. Once you book an appointment with her, you'll receive a confirmation email, and then the doctor will arrive at your home at the scheduled time!

Don't see a date/time that you're needing, or live in a zipcode that's not listed in our service area? That's ok! Simply choose "Waiting List" to add yourself to our waiting list, and choose any time. You'll get an email confirmation that you've been added to our waiting list, and if Dr. Santos is able to see you, you'll get a second email confirmation with the exact date and time that she will be able to get to your home for the appointment. If the doctor is unable to work you in, or is come to your zipcode and you've added your name to our waiting list, you'll receive a cancellation notification, so that you can know to make alternative plans to have your child seen somewhere else.

COST:

Zipcodes 20175, 20174, 20148, 20158: $100 convenience fee (plus your insurance will be billed for the visit)

Zipcodes 20176, 20132, 20197, 20132, 20129 $150 convenience fee (plus your insurance will be billed for the visit)

**Appointments 3pm or later have an additional $25 "after school/late-day" surcharge

If you live outside this service area, we may be able to see you for an additional charge. In this instance, please book a WAITING LIST appointment.

What is a convenience fee?
It is a concierge fee charged to have the doctor travel to your home. The visit itself, plus any medications, testing, etc, will be filed to your insurance.

Virtual Video Sick Visit

30 minutes

For simple things like rashes, pink eye, swimmer's ear, and basic illnesses that are easily diagnosed virtually! We are NOT able to do virtual visits for any illness that includes cough/respiratory symptoms, ear pain, or sore throat, as we do not have any way to examine them adequately (listen to lungs, look at eardrums with an otoscope light, etc) over a video screen. We understand that some telemedicine companies do this, but we are firm in our commitment to maintaining the highest quality of care.

Sports/Camp Physical - Cost $100 plus convenience fee

These are pre-participation physicals. They are not intended to replace annual well visits. Please have all paperwork ready to be completed and signed at the time of the visit.

Waiting List

1 hour @ $155.00

Fill out the intake form to have your name placed on our waiting list. You'll be asked to give a time frame that you'd be available. If a spot opens up, you'll receive an email confirming your appointment time. If you haven't received an appointment within 2 hours of placing your name on the list, it's unlikely we will find an opening today but we will still keep you on the list, just in case! If you're adding your name to the waiting list in the middle of the night, we'll check the list in the morning!
