Mysore Style Self-Practice is the traditional, lineage-based method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This method is taught in the traditional way with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, alignment and fun. The postures are taught sequentially. Students work at their own pace, practicing any series or section of a series that is appropriate to their individual needs and abilities.

The "Yin Yoga" involves a meditative approach, which means that it is not only movement oriented, but more so towards awareness of the present moment. This practice is slower and gentler, and requires postures to be held for long periods of time (often at least 2 to 5 minutes). This helps to improve the flow of one's energy through the body, moving it strategically (energy meridians) and thus transforming you.

Pilates is a series of exercises that aim to gently strengthen and sculpt your figure. All parts of the body are challenged through specific movements and are accompanied by breathing exercises.

The benefits are many: balance and muscle development, concentration, breathing, centering and control.

Your Vesta instructor will guide you through several levels of depth. She offers an unadulterated version of meditation. She will open up ways for you to use meditation to improve your life on all levels. Explore your limits and awaken your body and soul.
