Make sure to have at least 4-6 weeks of hair growth. NO shaving; NO trimming before your appt.

Drink lots of water & make sure to exfoliate 24 hrs before your wax for best results.

There is a 10 minute late policy, meaning you need to be in the room by that time to ensure a quality service, fail to make it in time will result in 90% of your booked services as a penalty. Same day cancellations are 90% as well; make sure all information on file is up to date & accurate because you do receive multiple emails & texts as reminders to avoid having to pay a fee.

Canceling within 24hrs of your booked app will also result in a 50% penalty fee. Last minute cancellations do not give me enough time to fill the spot back up. Please respect my time as I respect yours. It won't let you reschedule on the website if there's less than 24 hours left till your appt.

Failure to comply with penalties will result in being banned from Luna Waxing. Once all fees are paid, you are welcome to reschedule.
