Our online booking requires customers to put a card on file or pay in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. (Gratuity can be made at this time). All cancelling and/or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time, otherwise you will be charged. If you cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you contact the salon after you’ve missed your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the appointment service, this is considered a NO SHOW! NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Please read before booking. Once your service is complete and you have a concern or problem, you must notify your stylist within 24 hours. Once you have contacted your stylist, you must come to the salon within 48 hours of notification. Otherwise, Elevations Salon and all staff members associated with the said issue will not be held responsible and your concern or problem will be null and void. ALL FUNDS are non-refundable.
