Hey and welcome! :) By scheduling a reading or 1:1 yoga session, you certify that you understand and agree with the policies outlined below. Please embrace the readings and 1:1 yoga sessions as they resonate and remove from your spirit, mind, body, and environment what doesn't. Time is fluid. Experiences/interpretations may or may not resonate at a specific time. Yoga is similar to life, it's a journey. Don't force your destination or experience. As a reminder, services are to offer what is needed, not wanted. I encourage an open mind when receiving your service. I AM LLC only services people 18 years and older. I AM LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on these services.

Scheduling and Service Policies

Service Payments, Coupons, and Refunds

The service must be paid in full at the time of booking. Coupons are only to be used once during their designated timeframe. If a client attempts to use an unauthorized coupon you cannot book with I AM LLC indefinitely. Refunds will not be issued unless there is a cancellation at least 24-hours before your service or if made by I AM LLC.

1:1 Yoga Session Zoom Appointments

Clients will receive a Zoom link for their appointment. Each appointment slot is reserved for 60 minutes. We will join the call to confirm your service type. You must use your camera feature during the session as this helps me assist with your safety and understanding during the service. This is a judgment-free zone so just come as you are <3.

Service Cancellations

There is a 24-hour cancellation window for all services. This means you have exactly one day before the time of your service to cancel. This is to ensure a spot is available in case you are unavailable. Each client is given 3 cancellations outside the 24-hour window across all services. Following the 4th cancellation, you cannot book a service with IAM LLC indefinitely.

Late Arrivals and No-shows for 1:1 Yoga Sessions

There is a 10-minute arrival grace period for your appointment. If you do not join the Zoom call by then, your appointment is considered canceled. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund. Each client is given a total of 3 no-shows. Following the 4th no-show, you cannot book a service with I AM LLC indefinitely.
