NEW CLIENTS:
Please read our PRE/POST CARE instructions prior to booking to ensure you are adequately prepared for your appointment!
If you have not had any prior permanent makeup or tattoos, a patch test will be required AT LEAST ONE WEEK (the sooner, the better) in advance to your appointment. *We require this to make sure you are not allergic to the pigment.
If you have had previous work done by another artist, please send us photos at 865-851-1231 for a consultation prior to booking an appointment. There is a $100 correction fee added to the service.
A $100 non refundable deposit is required for NEW SERVICES.

EXISTING CLIENTS:
A 6 to 10 week follow up appointment is included in the price with your original service. If the service is not booked within that time frame, you will be charged for a touch-up service of $200.
We recommend touch-up at least once per year to maintain your investment.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
We get it - life happens... If you are needing to reschedule or cancel, please do so AT LEAST 72 hours in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable.
