All appointments must be booked through the booking site.
Deposits: To secure your appointment, there is a 50% of service deposit required. This will be applied to towards final payment.
PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL OUT FORMS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT!
For best results it is required that you have at least 4-6 weeks of hair growth before your waxing session.
No Additional Guest
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Late Arrivals
I recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your appointment. I do offer a 10-minute grace period, at 15 minutes there is a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes, your service MAY need to be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please contact me before your scheduled appointment if you are running late.
Payment and Refunds
Payment for services are due at the time of the appointment. I accept CASH, ApplePay, Zelle, and (Credit or Debit cards with a $3 fee). I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for services rendered.
Mobile Services: If you are interested in my mobile services please send me a message. There is a $75 fee for mobile services.
After-Hour Appointments: appointments made outside of normal business hours are charged a $50 fee.
