Late Arrivals or No Shows

You must arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, and no earlier, as we may be with another client. This will also allow time for us to discuss any questions you may have regarding your treatment. If for any reason you arrive late to your appointment, this will result in your treatment time being reduced as we may have another client directly after your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged at full value.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. This enables time for us to give you a more suitable date. If less than 48 hours is provided or, failure to attend the appointment without any notice, then 100% of the value paid for the treatment you have booked will be retained. It is your responsibility to attend the appointment on time, so kindly please let us know as soon as possible.

Health Conditions

At the time of your booking, please advise of any health conditions and any medication you are currently taking. It is essential to have this information to enable any reasonable adjustments to your treatment.

Pregnancy

We are unable to accept bookings for bodywork treatments if you are in your first trimester. If you have made a booking, and learn that you are in your first trimester, you will be fully refunded.

We will not be liable for any consequences in relation to you not disclosing your pregnancy prior to your appointment.

Age Policy

Clients under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the appointment. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment to be performed and will be requested to co-sign the client consultation form.

Etiquette

Clients must not use mobile phones when the treatment is taking place. This is to ensure maximum relaxation and the full experience is enjoyed by the client. Chargers will be provided on site so you may leave your phone on charge whilst you are getting your treatment. We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, including mobile phones, during your time at our studio.

We hold the right to refuse treatment if a client displays any physical or verbal abuse, inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour, including if the client is heavily intoxicated. We maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ask all clients to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene prior to their appointment.

Insurance

We are fully registered and insured and our level of indemnity is £1,000,000
