RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS:

  • PLEASE RESCHEDULE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • RESCHEDULES UNDER 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A $10 RESCHEDULING FEE.
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS RESULT IN A LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT:

  • 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
  • THIS AMOUNT GOES TOWARD YOUR SERVICE & IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
  • REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT OR COULD SEND BEFORE.
  • I ACCEPT CASH AND ZELLE.

LATENESS POLICY:

  • ALLOW A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD.
  • AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE FOR EACH 10 MINUTES YOU ARE LATE.
  • AFTER 30 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED & YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED!!

I UNDERSTAND THAT UNEXPECTED THINGS MAY HAPPEN. SO PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR CANNOT MAKE IT.

TURNAROUND TIME:

  • YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR RAW PHOTOS WITHIN 24 HOURS.
  • ALL RETOUCHED PHOTOS WILL BE SENT ALSO.
