Igniter Men's Group is a safe container and community for men to show up and be met with grace and peace to release and heal whatever is going on in their lives. This space is needed now more than ever in our society. So many of us feel isolated and alone with our struggles, and those closest to us often cannot hold the strong line that we need to be able to express and find our masculine edge. Each session will include discussion about masculinity, ceremonial Breathwork or exercise, and masterminding

This class is at the same time as our in person class, but attending on zoom. You will be part of the discussion and exercises and have a chance to speak.

This is a 15 phone or zoom session to answer questions, discuss a prior session, or set up a treatment or coaching plan.
