Before booking an appointment, please be sure to agree to terms and policies below ↓


New Client Information
- If you're unsure about which service to book, please choose 'New Client Eyebrow Threading Only' for your initial appointment. This will give us the opportunity to conduct a detailed, in-person consultation regarding your brows and their goals, allowing us to determine if they qualify for brow lamination or hybrid tint.

How does booking work ?

- I release my schedule on a monthly basis. Lamination and hybrid stain (tinting) services will be available for booking starting at 12:00 PM on the 14th, while threading-only services can be booked from 12:00 PM on the 15th.

Please note: threading is included with all services!

Brow lamination eligibility
- If you've had your brows laminated, you MUST wait 8 weeks before scheduling a new lamination. To ensure your lamination looks its best, please let your eyebrow hairs grow and refrain from threading, waxing, or tweezing for up to 4 weeks prior. Additionally, avoid trimming for 6 weeks before your appointment. It's essential to have enough brow hair for the lamination. Not following these guidelines may result in being turned away at your appointment. We truly want your brows to look their absolute best! We believe that a solid foundation is essential and don’t support quick fixes.
Payment

- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Card on file.

Late Arrival

- If you're running late, please text our business line at (602) 497-7834

Travel safely and plan accordingly for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled, and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule.

Rescheduling & No shows

- Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you reschedule after this time, a new deposit may be required to book again.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

Brow Lamination may NOT be suitable for you if you have any of the following:

  • Currently taking Accutane or have taken it in the last 6 months
  • Recently had permanent makeup (must be completely healed for 6 weeks)
  • Pregnant or nursing (must consult your physician and provide a doctor's note of approval)
  • Recently undergone eye surgery
  • Experiencing alopecia in the brow area
  • Have pink eye
  • Have highly sensitive skin
  • Currently dealing with a sunburn
  • Taking blood-thinning medications
  • Exremly dry skin or hyper sensative sskin
  • Using Retinol, Retin-A, AHA, or similar products (must cease use one week before your appointment)
  • Have eczema, psoriasis, or any rash in the treatment area.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, restrictions, and policies.
