Booking Policy:
- Please book the appropriate nail art category. Do not book for simple art and then ask for complex art the day of your appointment. Questions regarding art tiers, DM me on ig @piopionails.
- Remember to add removal in the add-on section if you aren't coming in with bare nails.
- Please add extensions in the add-on section if you want extensions!
- DM me at least 1 week before your appointment if you want 3d charms. There might be an additional charge for the charm depending on the art tier you booked.
- Studio is located in San Gabriel, address will be shown on website + emailed after booking.
Late Policy:
- Please be on time. Showing up later than 15 minutes will result in simplified nail art, and you will have to pay for the original full price.
- If you're running late, please let me know. After 15 minutes of no call no show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be able to book again until you pay 100% of missed service price.
Cancellation and Reschedule:
- You can reschedule once under each appointment.
- Cancellation and reschedule must be done before 48hr of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of full service price.
Guest Policy:
- Generally no guests are allowed. If you are a minor/disabled you may come with your guardian/caregiver, just let me know beforehand!
Inspo:
- If you're a first time client, I post my original designs to a close friends list on ig. DM me to gain access upon booking!
- Feel free to send me a moodboard for nail inspo. I work well with any images, concept, or even sounds. Challenge me!
