Option 1 does not perform or refer for abortions. A pre-abortion screening includes a pregnancy test, possible ultrasound and STD test, all at no cost to you. The ultrasound helps determine if an abortion or abortion pills are needed, as approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies end on their own. An STD test is recommended before an abortion due to the risk of pelvic infection.
