Here, we are all about providing you with top-notch body waxing and wellness services that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But before you dive into the blissful experience, we kindly ask you to take a moment and familiarize yourself with our studio etiquette. Trust us, it will make your visit even more enjoyable!
1. Deposit and Payment: To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit, which will be applied towards your final payment. We accept cash, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards for the remaining balance.
2.Policies: Let's keep everything running smoothly!
- Advance Booking: We kindly request that you book your appointment in advance as we do not accept walk-ins at the moment. This way, we can ensure we have your preferred time slot reserved just for you.
- Expecting Moms: We welcome all moms-to-be! Our specialized services are designed to cater to your unique needs and make you feel extra comfortable.
- Feeling Under the Weather: If you're not feeling your best, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your health and well-being are important to us, and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you arrive at the studio while sick, we will have to cancel your appointment, and unfortunately, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Hair Growth: For the best results, we recommend that you let your hair grow for 4-6 weeks before your waxing session. Please resist the urge to trim before your appointment, as it may affect the quality of the waxing. We want to ensure every hair is removed with precision, so let it grow, and we'll take care of the rest!
- Age Requirement: To receive our services, clients must be at least 12 years old, and all forms must be signed and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We want everyone to enjoy the benefits of B. Haven, but we also prioritize safety and comfort for our younger guests.
- No Additional Guests: Please note that we do not allow additional guests at the studio. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients.
3. Menstrual Cycle: No worries if it's that time of the month! You can still come in for your appointment. Just make sure to wear a fresh tampon before your wax treatment and keep it inserted throughout the session.
4. Being Fashionably Punctual: We value your time and strive to provide prompt service. To avoid any delays, please arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment. We offer a ten-minute grace period for tardiness. However, if you exceed this grace period, your deposit will be forfeited, and we'll kindly ask you to reschedule online.If you have an appointment that is 15 minutes or less there is no grace period. We want to make sure everyone gets their fair share of pampering and care!
5. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice (this is 24 hours prior to your appointment time). You may text or call 240.245.7388 in order to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. However, as a one-time courtesy, we are happy to transfer your deposit once if you reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment. We are dedicated to making your experience as enjoyable as possible.
6. No Call/No Show: We understand that emergencies can arise, but in the unfortunate event of a no call/no show, you will be charged the reminding balance of the service to the card we have on file. Let's try to avoid that, shall we?
