By subscribing to any of our Service Bundles, you agree to/understand:

Services are billed once monthly from the start date of the subscription (ex. subscription started on the 4th, the card on file will be billed on the 4th each month). Contact me if you'd like to change the billing date.
Appointments must be used before next billing cycle as they do not roll over.
Failure to process payment may result in cancellation of scheduled appointments.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid disruption of service.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with at least a 30-day notice.
- Subscription fees are nonrefundable. Any cancellations or changes to your subscription must be made through our booking site.
Lash Fill rules still apply:
- Must come with 50% of lashes or more.
- Anything less than 50% will result in $75 fee due at your appointment.
- Excessive lash loss should be communicated within 24 hours of your appointment.
