❣️If you have previously TATTOOED/MICROBLADED your brows before, please TEXT me at 279-222-5815 a photo of your brows without makeup. A consultation is NEEDED for approval to confirm booking.
❣️I have the right to refuse services to anyone (rudeness, disrespectful, impatient, inability to understand, violation of my policy/regulations/prices, etc.)
❣️Only age 18-60allow, if over 60 years of age please contact me for qualification first before booking
POLICY
❣️BOOKING FEE/Deposit:
A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE fee is required upon booking to secure your spot. 100% of your booking fee will go towards the remaining payment that is due on appointment day.
❣️PAYMENT OPTIONS: Booking fee (card), remaining balance on appointment day (CASH/ZELLE)
❣️RESCHEDULING: I only allow one time rescheduling, there will be no booking fee if you rescheduled within 1 week before the appointment, anytime after 1 week, your booking fee will be forfeited and you’ll have to send in another booking fee in order to book again. Deposit will only hold for 2 months if rescheduling, afterwards you will have to place a new deposit to book a new spot.
❣️ CANCELLATIONS: any official cancellations for any reasons will result in forfeiture of booking fee.
❣️LATE: 10 minutes late= $40 late fee charge,
After 15 mins late with no notice, your appointment will be cancel and you'll have to make another deposit to reschedule. No exceptions. If you're running a couple mins late, please notify the Brow Artist to avoid confusion.
❣️ NO CALL NO SHOW: your appointment will be cancel, deposit forfeit, and you will be charged half the price of the service. You will have to place the deposit again to book. ONLY book if you agree with this policy
❣️ NO GUEST(S): Due to the Covid pandemic, for hygiene purpose and to prevent cross-contamination, no guest(s) or animal(s) are allowed in the studio. Please come alone to your appointment.

❣️ Pregnant, Breastfeeding, History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring, Abnormal heart condition, Diabetic, Hemophilia, Autoimmune Disorder (Lupus or Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia), HIV, Epilepsy, Tumor/growth/cysts, Hepatitis (A, B, C, D), Skin irritations/ Psoriasis near brow area (rashes, sunburns, acne, etc.), Difficulty numbing, Allergic reaction to any medication: (Lidocaine, alcohol, etc.)
