POLICIES & IMPORTANT NOTES
DEPOSITS:
A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book all appointments.
Deposit is transferable one time.
PAYMENT
I accept multiple forms of payment — cash, ApplePay, CashApp, Debit/Credit, OR Zelle.
Payment is due after the service is completed.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds. However, I offer complimentary touch ups or removals on issues arising within a 72-hour timeframe.
GUESTS
One extra adult guest is allowed during the service.
NO MALES UNLESS BEING SERVICED.
CHILDREN are allowed (no more than 2).
FILLS
FILLS are to occur every 2-3 WEEKS.
If you have less than 40% of lashes on each eye, it will be considered a full set.
To avoid this, I recommend pre-booking fills at the time of your appointment.
FOREIGN FILLS
Foreign fills are an additional $35 in addition to the cost of the fill. I recommend booking a removal and full set.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
NO LATE FEES If you’re late to your appointment I will only lash you for the remaining amount of appointment time. For example your set takes 2hrs 40 mins and you arrive 20 minutes late, I will continue to lash you until the remaining 2hr 20 minutes ends.
NO SHOWS RESULT IN 100% OF THE SERVICE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE. NO SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICE COST TO BOOK AGAIN.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You may CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE as long as it is AT LEAST 3 HOURS prior to your appointment time.
ALL LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (LESS THAN 3 HOURS NOTICE) FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT.
