Package Details:
- The subscription includes 2 credits for medium-sized braids and 1 touch-up during the 3-month subscription period.
- Each visit includes a refreshing wash and blow dry.
- You’re paying for 2 styles and receiving 1 touch-up and a blow dry at no extra cost.
Subscription Period:
- This is a recurring subscription service that auto-renews every 3 months.
- You’ll receive a friendly reminder 20 days before your next payment is due.
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation can be done through our customer service or online account management.
- If you cancel before the end of the current 3-month period, you will still have access to all benefits until the end of that period.
Usage:
- Credits must be used within the subscription period.
- Touch-ups must be scheduled within the 3-month period and are subject to availability.
Non-Transferable:
- The subscription and its benefits are non-transferable and intended for use by the subscriber only.
Modifications:
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of the subscription package, including pricing and benefits. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- These credits go towards base price, any modification including add-ons will be additional.
Refunds:
- No refunds are available for unused credits or benefits after cancellation.
