All classes are held at Mass Motion Boston, 100 Holton Street, Brighton.
Please wear clothes safe for movement--not so restrictive that you feel discomfort but not so loose that you could get tripped up. Appropriate footwear is determined by class, but bare feet, socks, soft shoes, and dance sneakers are welcome at any time in any class. No street shoes.
We encourage you to bring whatever tools you need to get the most out of your classes: knee pads, tape, massage tools, resistance bands, etc.
We also encourage you to bring water and snacks (take ALL trash out with you, please).
Class Structure:
12:00-12:10 Prepare for class (eat, pee, rest, stretch, change, chat, network, etc.)
12:10-12:30 Warmup
12:30-1:00 Technique
1:00-1:05 5 minute Break
1:05-1:45 Choreography
1:45-2:00 Open studio time (rest, stretch, observe, change, chat, network, practice, film, get help/feedback from instructors)
