Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Reschedule up to 24 hours from your appointment time via email, text, or call to 347-233-8280 24 hours before. Note: Valid requests must be within the 24-hour window. Your deposit is on standby for your next service. No-call, no-show, or same-day cancellations incur a 100% service charge. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice results in deposit forfeiture and a 100% charge. If these terms aren't agreeable, reconsider your booking.
