In order to best serve you, we kindly ask that you have all your tax documents before scheduling an appointment.

Please take a moment to visit https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p3676bsp.pdf to review the tax return scope limitations and to view the items to bring to your appointments.

All taxpayers will need to fill out an Intake/Interview form when you arrive in order for our VITA volunteers to prepare your tax return. To save you time on the day of your appointment, you can download the Intake/Interview Form 13614C at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13614c.pdf . If you decide to complete this form in advance, please bring the completed form along with your other tax documents, current photo ID(s) and tax identification card(s) to your appointment.
