Please find a time that works for you in my schedule so that we can have an initial consultation about your project. This is best done over the phone as it's easiest for multiple parties to connect.

After the initial project scoping, we will make a plan to visit your project site (with you or with your permission) to provide a detailed site assessment and gather the data that we need to provide an accurate estimate.

An estimate will be provided to you to review, discuss and approve.

Upon approval of the estimate, you will be entered into our accounting and project software and sent a retainer for administration and the list of materials we need to purchase.

Some projects require multi-stage funding and we will let you know if that is the case with your project.

Otherwise, remaining costs associated with your estimate will be invoiced upon project stage completion, Net 15 payment terms.
