Following our warmup, we start our speed work which includes different plyometric drills, balancing drills, and sprints. After our speed portion, we will finish with Lifting. Our lifting entails movements that are scientifically based to help with athletic performance. We will also do corrective exercises during our lifting portion to help reduce pain and injuries.
