*If you have not attended a clinic of mine in the past year , please do not schedule an appointment without emailing me in advance*

Please book one session per dog. If any individual dog needs extended time, please book additional sessions back to back to accommodate (fee is set per each 20 minute session).

**Please note, there is a routine $10 cancellation fee (this does not apply to weather related cancellations). This does not apply to rescheduling appointment time within the same clinic.**

**Do not reserve a space to give or sell to someone else. You will be charged for the reservation as usual with no refund, and the person taking your place will also be charged in full at the appointment time; no exceptions.**

Regarding winter weather possible complications -

  • If a clinic must be cancelled due to hazardous weather/unsafe driving conditions, an email will be sent in advance to advise of this.
  • If a clinic is cancelled for this reason, a refund of $75 per appointment will be provided. Please understand this is necessary to partially cover the service fee of credit card/scheduling; in scheduling through the winter, it is important to know this is a possible risk.
  • Even if a clinic does not get cancelled, but you determine it is unsafe for you to travel with your pet to attend, the same 'weather' refund will be applied, provided you cancel your appointment(s) by 8 am on the morning of that clinic date.
