For your session, we ask that you be seated in a quiet space free of any interruptions.

Please arrive 3-5 minutes early. If you are more than 3 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your scheduled time or be offered a shorter session. Remember your scheduled time is set for MST zone, please adjust accordingly.

Please be aware, if references to self- harming thoughts or behaviors come up during your session, our students and staff will bring the session to a close and direct you to mental health resources.
