Our shop operates on a one-on-one reservation basis, and if a customer no-show for their appointment, we are unable to accommodate other bookings, resulting in losses.
To prevent no-shows, we require a $30 deposit of the service fee at the time of booking (the deposit amount is deducted from the total payment upon checkout).
Please note that canceling on the day of the appointment will also be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you cancel 24 hours in advance, you'll receive a refund of the deposit (excluding processing fee $1.08). If you need to reschedule, please don't cancel. Instead, edit your appointment or let me know.
