When booking, please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit is mandatory. There is a 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee for all services (which is included in all services already). For rescheduling or canceling, a 24-hour notice is crucial. If the notice is less than 24 hours, the deposit will be utilized to compensate for the time slot, and a new deposit will be needed for rebooking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by going to your confirmation email and click the ‘reschedule appointment.’ This only work if it’s not within the 24-hour period. If you are a NEW CLIENT or a RETURNING (but it's your first time here), please book your appointment under FIRST TIME GUEST. There is a consent form that you are required to sign when booking with Nou Beauty.

If you are booking for a Facial, keep in mind that the regular facials does not include dermaplaning or microdermabrasion. They can be added by clicking the ‘add-ons.’ If you are booking for a dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, click ‘add-ons’ to pick your masque choice. Please show up on time if it’s your first time, forms will need to be filled, signed, and dated.
