After you book your appointment, if you need to change the day or time, you can use the appointment confirmation email you receive to reschedule to a better time. For Attorney Consultations this option to reschedule is available up until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We cannot issue refunds once the appointment is scheduled.

For existing clients who are scheduling a short 15-minute call with their attorney, you can reschedule your appointment at any time. We cannot issue refunds once the appointment is scheduled.
