Private yoga sessions are a great way to learn the foundations for a sustainable yoga practice. This session will be individualized for you whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for a while. The poses will be targeted for the areas of your body that you are feeling stress or pain. Some things included in one-on-one sessions are breath work, deep stretching, digestive health, balance, heart opening for grief.
