Please read below before booking!
KN Beauty Policy:
- A $25.00 deposit is required to confirm your desired appointment date/ time. All deposits will be applied to the service totaled amount.
- Cancelations must be made with 24hr notice otherwise your deposit will become non-refundable/ non-negotiable.
- Rescheduling must be done with 24hr notice. In the event of rescheduling according to this policy, your deposit can be transferred one time within a 4-week time frame.
- Arrive 5 minutes before your desired scheduled time.
- A grace period of 10 minutes is considered, thereafter your appointment will result in a cancelation. Please understand, at this point you have forfeited your deposit.
- One extra guest may accompany you to your appointment.
- NO CALL/ NO SHOW – no longer considered for further booking.
Silent Appointment
- Please do not hesitate to ask for a silent appointment. If you’re feeling anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and would like to avoid conversation and have some quiet time, that will be respected.
- KN Beauty is a judgment free business and regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option because your mental health matters.
Eyelash Extension Requirements:
- A freshly cleaned set of lashes are vital to lash health and extension retention! In the event of make-up or residue being found on your lashes, this will result in a required lash bath at an additional cost.
- 40%-50% of your lashes are required on the day of your scheduled refill. Anything less than will require a full set and will be charged accordingly.
- 2–3-week timeframe is required when scheduling a refill.
- Foreign refills are not offered.
