• You will be able to add 30 additional minutes when booking your appointment
• You may bring your own clubs or rent ours for $15 per set
• No outside food or drink, including coffee, is allowed
• We are working hard to keep our equipment in clean working order for all to enjoy, please bring a change of shoes so that the salt/snow does not deteriorate the equipment.

In a effort to reduce no-shows we will be requiring a credit card on file for online appointment booking. The price below reflects what you will be billed on-site and the credit card will NOT be charged automatically.

X-Golf Traverse City reserves the right to charge for the total reservation cost if reservation is not cancelled 3 hours prior to your tee time.

-Policies:

• 5 minutes of every booked hour is reserved for simulator turnover, error correction, maintenance and repair.
• Please note that we may elect to use your image or images of your gameplay on our social media channels.
• Guests who miss their appointment may be charged the full amount of their reservation.
• If a guest is 15 minutes late for their reservation without notice they are considered a no show and X-Golf Traverse City has the right to give their time slot to the next available customer.
• Items left behind by the guest will be kept for a period of 2 weeks at which point they will be donated or disposed of.
• All golf groups should be aware of their surroundings. Bag racks are provided for club storage in a designated "clear area." When not golfing, stay behind the sofa area at your bay to avoid the swinging club. When swinging the golf club, the bay is designed for a practice swing and actual swing. The golfer is responsible for making sure the area is clear prior to swinging. Performing non-golf related actions such as pointing, waiving or throwing the club is unacceptable and any damage to the simulator, the golf bay, tv, computer monitors, other's property, or other persons is the responsibility of the golfer holding the club. It is your responsibility to make sure your equipment is in good condition. Use of a damaged club may result in injury to the player or other persons or surrounding equipment.
