You may cancel your appointment for a full refund (minus a 3.6% credit card fee) up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments can also be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. However, rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 late fee and make you ineligible for a refund. All no-shows are ineligible for rescheduling or refunds. All packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and have expiration dates.
