You may cancel your appointment for a full refund (minus a 3.5% credit card fee) up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will forfeit that time slot unless the staff has the ability to accommodate you.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. However, rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
All packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and have expiration dates.
