Cancellation Policy:

  1. No Refunds:
    • Refunds are not provided once payment has been made.
  2. One-Time Rescheduling:
    • Your reservation can be rescheduled only once.
  3. Notice for Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling your appointment requires at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the full payment will not be transferred to another reservation.
  4. Late Arrival:
    • Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
  5. Emergency Situations:
    • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
  6. Confirmation:
    • Please confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.
  7. No-Shows:
    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the session and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
