Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that participation in activities at Run Pōneke, operated by Wyndham Knox Ltd., involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or medical conditions arising from running, training, or using gym facilities. I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.

Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that could be aggravated by exercise or participation in activities at Run Pōneke. I agree to seek medical advice if I am unsure of my fitness to participate.

Assumption of Risk

I fully assume all risks associated with my participation in Run Pōneke activities, whether indoors, outdoors, or during events organized by the gym.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Run Pōneke, Wyndham Knox Ltd., its owners, staff, trainers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation, including negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend Run Pōneke and Wyndham Knox Ltd. against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in activities or use of facilities.

Agreement to Rules and Policies

I agree to follow all rules, policies, and instructions provided by Run Pōneke staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in termination of my participation without refund.
