Policy!

• Remaining balance is due in cash preferably, but I will accept Zelle,Cash App or VISA/MC (+$4 processing fee). All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will go toward your service.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so 48 hours before your appointment. If rescheduling, you can do so once in the same month.
• If you're running late please let me know at least 30 minutes ahead of time. There is a 10 min grace for both the braider and the client. No call, no show = client banned from future bookings.
• Need me to travel to you? $125 + service price. Squeeze in? $45 + service price. After hours: $75 + service price. Sunday’s and Monday’s (Off days) $100 + service price.
• Hair is included in colors 1, 1b, 2, & 4. If you are looking to get a color that is not listed, please contact the braider.
• Please be sure to enter your number and email correctly when booking in case I need to contact you. Failure to add the add-ons, service will be completed as scheduled.

Recommendation:

• Please book in advance. DONT FORGET YOUR ADD ONs!! Also, keep in mind for braids, the timing on the site is only an estimate. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK the same day you have to catch a flight, work, pick up children school / daycare, have an event to attend etc. Your hair takes time and I take pride in my work and I will not rush!!
