I ask that all clients please make payment at the time of booking to finalise your appointment, and that you reschedule the day before if you need to. Cancelling on the day incurs a 50% charge. Cancelling within 2 hours incurs a 100% charge. You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment and an SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment to ensure you have plenty of notice to reschedule if required.

This is a highly effective, fully clothed treatment without oil for busy people short on time, using assisted stretching, floor-based bodywork, and trigger point therapy in a seated or lying down position to lengthen and loosen out your body.

Signature Treatment

1 hour @ A$130.00

This is your regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly body maintenance option. A full body stretch followed by a pin-pointed treatment to help relieve your body of pain and tightness using a wide range of tools and individualised techniques.

Comprehensive Treatment

1 hour 30 minutes @ A$180.00

Ideal for those looking for a complete top-to-toe treatment with ample time to really relax and realign your body. Also recommended for your first treatment with Jarrod for thorough assessment.
