Cancellation / Reschedule
We provide a 30-minute window slot for cancellation. Please note that clients are required to reschedule after the 20-minute window slots expire with no show. We encourage you to reschedule 24 hours before your appointment if you will not be able to meet up with your appointment, as you are only allowed to transfer your initial deposit once. If you reschedule twice, you will have to pay another deposit for the second appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel 48 hours before the date of your appointment. This is to enable us to fill the spot and to accommodate other clients.
We are aware that some unexpected events may occur in which could make you cancel your appointment, but cancellation without prior communication will result in clients being charged 50% of the total hair service fee.
Note: Deposits are not refundable. Your hair should be 3 to 4 inches or longer with healthy hair and scalp. All appointments require $30 initial deposit, the deposit is required to help secure your appointment spot, and it will be applied towards your service total payment.
