Please Note: You are responsible for cleaning after your event, unless you choose our optional cleaning service at checkout. If your event ends at 4pm the space needs to be cleaned and unoccupied by 4pm so we can prepare for the next group. A fee of $150 will be charged if the space is not cleaned properly and if the event runs over your allotted time.

Our max occupancy is 64 people.
Tables, Chairs, WiFi, TV, a full size refrigerator and more are included in all rentals. Table and chair covers are not.
We offer a number of party favors on the booking page to help with your event.
You can leave special requests while booking in the written portion of your booking form.

Daily Rental- Includes Business Suite (8am-8pm)

Do you need a cozy suite for your business meetings? We are set up with a beautiful conference table that seats 8, WiFi, Flat screens with HDMI hookup, an industrial dry erase board and much more. We can even host your corporate events on a larger scale. Christmas party, company meetings, business anniversaries. If you can celebrate it, we can host it!

Weekday Hourly Rate- Includes Business Suite

1 hour @ $40.00

Maybe you want to host a meeting, or have a couple hours in our business suite, away from the chaos of your home or office. You don't need a full day rental, so customize your event time during the week using our flat hourly rate! Be advised that you have to select each hour that you plan to book.

Weekends (Friday-Sunday)

Full Day (9am-10pm) DISCOUNTED ($450 originally)

13 hours @ $400.00

Why worry about Uncle Steve staying too long, or not having enough time to set up or cleanup. Book the entire day at a discounted rate and party on. Reach out if you need custom times for an early morning or late night event.

Half Day (9am-3pm) *Email us to see if custom times are available

6 hours @ $250.00

Weekend half day rental from 9am-3pm. Access is not granted until 9am and the building must be unoccupied by 3pm to allow preparation for the evening event. Additional fees applied when these rules are not followed.

Half Day (4pm-10pm) *Email us to see if custom times are available

6 hours @ $250.00

Weekend half day rental from 4pm-10pm. Access is not granted until 4pm and the building must be unoccupied by 10pm to allow preparation for the next day of events. Additional fees applied when these rules are not followed.
