In order to protect our time we require card information to be stored with Stripe and your card is only charged $50 in the event that you don't follow our appointment rescheduling/cancellation policy below.

Even if you don't make a purchase or proceed with a purchase but attend or reschedule/cancel your appointment outside of the window, you will not be charged.

Our reschedule/cancellation cutoff is 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within this window then your deposit will not be refunded but transferred onto a Malleable gift card for you to use on any future purchases.

For initial consultations we only allow a maximum of three reschedules in total, regardless if these are outside of our 24 hour policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a possibility your consultation will still have to end on it’s scheduled time meaning we might not necessarily be able to complete the consultation due to appointments booked in afterwards. If you are running late then please let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to make accommodations.
