Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice:

Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
Illness or Emergency:

Please notify me as soon as possible in cases of sudden illness or emergency. The instructor may make exceptions.

No-Show Policy:

If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Instructor Cancellations:

If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, I will provide as much notice as possible. The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or a credit will be applied to your account.

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for missed lessons. However, if a lesson is canceled by the instructor and cannot be rescheduled, a refund or credit will be issued.

Studio Membership:

Consistent attendance is expected for students with recurring lessons. Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in the loss of your reserved time slot.

Communication:

Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated via email or phone.

By implementing this policy, both the student and instructor can maintain a professional and respectful environment, ensuring the best possible learning experience.
