Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to read the following instructions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  1. Health Considerations: If you have any medical conditions, such as heart issues, respiratory problems, or skin conditions, or if you are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking. Inform us of any health concerns so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.
  2. Appointment Preparation:
    • Sauna & Red Light Therapy: Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing or a swimsuit. Towels and robes will be provided.
    • Ice Bath: Wear a swimsuit or appropriate attire for cold immersion. Towels will be provided.
    • Halo Therapy: Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, generally this will be after the hot and cold treatments so you may want to wrap up during this section.
  3. Hydration: Stay well-hydrated before and after your session. We recommend drinking plenty of water to maximise the benefits of our therapies. Water is available to purchase prior to attending your session at the reception desk.
  4. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure you receive your full session time.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
  6. Personal Belongings: Can be brought into the room.
