Mondays & Tuesdays - upper body mobility and strength (shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers)
Wednesdays & Thursdays - lower body mobility and strength (hips, knees, ankles, toes)
Fridays -spinal mobility and core strength
Saturdays - mixed body mobility and strength
If you commit to three weekly classes (upper body+lower body+spine), you'll have a brand new body in a few months.
*Advance booking is required, with registration closing two hours prior to the start of the class.
*Doors close five minutes after the start of the class with no refunds for the missed class
