Mon: 18:00-19:00
Weds: 06:00-07:00 and 18:00-19:00
Fri: 18:00-19:00
Beach bodyweight blast:
Sat: 09:00-10:00 (Held at middle of ventnor beach, sessions are dependant on tides)
Price: £8 per session (do 10 sessions get 1 free)
Unlimited Membership: £45 per month (cancel at anytime)
