Come join us for a deeper connection with our inner child and mix it with a little fun. We will do a short meditation to tap in and allow our inner child to join us! Asking questions such as “What are they craving to create and express” with journal time. Also, we will explore tools as to how to incorporate them more into our daily lives to feel seen and heard. Sometimes our inner child just wants to be acknowledged. Playtime is a must, so we will also add in a few Kids yoga movements, art, and laughter
