We want to ensure that you have the best experience during your massage session. To maintain a smooth schedule and provide high-quality service to all our clients, please note the following:
- Booking Duration: If you book a 1-hour massage, your session will start and end at the time specified in your appointment. For example, if your appointment is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, your session will run for the full 1 hour within that time frame.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to help us start your session on time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Session Duration: To ensure fairness and punctuality for all clients, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
