Each session begins with a brief description of sound therapy, followed by a private writing exercise designed to release mind chatter and alleviate stress—your thoughts remain confidential and will not be shared with the group. This reflective practice will help clear your mental space before we transition into breathwork, preparing your body and mind for deep immersion in sound.
The session will end with 5 minutes of silence, followed by grounding techniques to re-orient to the present.
