Your first visit will include a proper intake to gather health information plus a full massage treatment. Postnatal massage can take place as soon as you feel comfortable enough to be on the table. For some, this is within a week or two, 4-6 weeks after a C-Section. We'll address typical aches and pains due to the incredibly demanding birth process, posture shifts, increase lymphatic flow, hormone balance and stress to encourage healing and decrease overwhelm.

Postnatal Massage - 60-minutes

1 hour @ $110.00

Postnatal massage can take place as soon as you feel comfortable enough to be on the table. For some, this is within a week or two, 4-6 weeks after a C-Section. Positioning is both semi-reclining and side lying until you're ready to be face down. We'll address typical aches and pains due to the incredibly demanding birth process, posture shifts, increase lymphatic flow, hormone balance and stress to encourage healing and decrease overwhelm.
